I did, though note that the tool doesn’t take into account the fact that Trump won ME-2 (it would be *really* hard to write that tool because if you started moving population away from Maine you’d simultaneously have to redraw congressional districts). So this would actually result in a 269–269 tie. Hence, in all my writing on it, I point out that three counties is enough, and also move Lake County, IL, to Wisconsin.
